Top real estate agent in Las Vegas, HAND DOWN! Within 2 weeks of our consultation, Kourtney had professional photos taken, listed the house, and an offer accepted. We were under contract in less than a month. He knew someone to help with any repairs needed so that we did not have to come out of pocket much. He even offered to cover some of the smaller things the inspector tried to throw at us. When he was not available, his wife helped him. (We still say she key to finding our buyers haha). But overall, Kourtney was very responsive and efficient. He had access to our home while we were away and made sure we knew who was coming and when. He offered to be there every time if that made us more comfortable. When it came to the listing, he was realistic and helped us come up with a fair but good price based on the market and other homes in the area. Because of him as a realtor, we were competitive and even got over asking price! I wish we had used him when we first moved to Vegas.
